As it was a beautiful day in Jump City and the citizens are having good times, everything was rumbling. The people panic, the boy with a balloon turns around and gasps to see a surprising thing happening: he lets his balloon go and a big monster with a balloon-like body, named Balloon Man, appears and prepares to attack Jump City.
