The Batcopter was a helicopter that Batman and Robin used to get around Gotham City.
History[]
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2[]
Batman and Robin flew in the Batcopter to the studio where the Joker was to be interviewed. When Batman saw the police waiting on the rooftop he jumped out to fight them and told Robin to stay put. Seeing him outnumbered, Robin rewired the Batcopter to accept commands from her and deactivated the cloaking system. Batman jumped back onto the Batcopter and they flew back to the Batcave, using the boosters to escape the police choppers.
