Biography[]
Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths[]
Black Power was a Lieutenant of Owlman. He and the rest of the Crime Syndicate were trying to obtain the Quantum trigger. Owlman found the blueprints to Luthor's disappearance which was a Trans-Dimensional Teleporter Device, capable of traveling to the other earths. Owlman ordered Black Power to use his power to download the blueprints to Owlman's personal computer, until the Justice League's arrival and attacked them under Owlman's orders. He fought against the Martian Manhunter and seemingly smashed the latter to death, but was defeated when the J'onn uses his density-shifting ability to emerge from the floor unharmed.
