Cindy, better known as Sin, is a wayward youth with connections to The Canary and Roy Harper.
Biography[]
Arrow: Three Ghosts[]
Sin tells Roy and Thea that her friend Max Stanton has gone missing for a week. She asks if Roy knew someone (Oliver Queen) that could help but Thea says that Roy can, who also joins on the search.
They go to Laurel to try and get help, but as Max's disappearance didn't involve anything illegal, she couldn't help them any further.
