Felix is a henchman of Catwoman and an enemy of Batman, along with his partner Leo.
Biography[]
Batman and Harley Quinn[]
Felix and Leo were present at a seedy Gotham City bar where all the henchmen hung out. When Batman, Nightwing and Harley Quinn waltzed into the bar to gather info, Felix and Leo were drinking together, not participating in the dance. During Harley's cover of the song "Hanging on the Telephone" by the band "The Nerves", the drunk Felix got up from his seat, pushing the other henchmen aside before finally walking up to Batman and doing the Batusi dance next to him. He was promptly knocked out by Batman with one punch.
