In May 2016, Warner Bros announces a Harley Quinn solo movie with Robbie reprising her role and produced as well.[1]

- Reportedly, the film will not only be a star vehicle for the Harley Quinn character but also introduce a variety of other female anti-heroes, heroes, and villains into the DC Extended Universe.
- Confirmed by Warner Bros. the movie will be a Gotham Sirens movie with Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman.
- There are strong rumors of actress Haley Bennett to possibly play Catwoman after numorous posts on her Instagram page. One of a picture of Catwoman, the second sporting a new pixie cut and a third photo with the caption that reads "meow".
