- Meta-Human Physiology: Due to consuming several different types of extremely potent mutagenic alchemical compounds, Poison Ivy possesses meta-human attributes, such as chlorogenesis, chlorokinesis, pherogenesis, pherokinesis, mind control and toxigenesis respectively.
- Chlorogenesis: Poison Ivy can generate several different types of plant life.
- Chlorokinesis: Poison Ivys can manipulate several different types of plants.
- Pherogenesis: Poison Ivy can generate pheromones from her entire body.
- Pherokinesis: Poison Ivy can manipulate her pheromones. She is able to manipulate them to generate several different types of chemicals that she desires.
- Mind Control: Due to Poison Ivy's pherogenesis and pherokinesis powers, she can manipulate the minds of other individuals. She can get them to do what she wants them to do.
- Toxigenesis: Poison Ivy can generate several different types of poisons and toxins from her entire body.
- Superhuman immunity: Poison Ivy is completely immune to all types of poisons and toxins.

- But in the New 52, Pamela is portrayed as an anti-heroine, instead of as an outright super-villainess, making her an occasional ally and love interest of Bruce.
