Joker is a film that serves as an origin story of The Joker.
Plot
A mentally ill-man: Arthur Fleck, failed comedian seeks connection as he walks through the streets of Gotham City. Arthur wears two masks -- the one he paints for his day job as a clown, and the guise he projects in a futile attempt to feel like he's part of the world around him. An isolated, bullied man disregarded by society, Fleck slowly descends into madness as he transforms in to the clown prince of crime: The Joker.
