Komand'r, also known as Blackfire, is the Tamaranean sister of Starfire.

When Starfire complained to Nightwing about Damian Wayne's negative behavior, she said that he reminded her of her sister.
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract[]
Komand'r was mentioned when Starfire was rescued from the Gordians by Robin, Kid Flash, Speedy, Beast Boy, and Bumblebee. Starfire revealed that Blackfire had staged a coup and seized the throne, forcing Starfire to flee Tamaran. In the present timeline, Beast Boy later told Terra that Starfire was "a refugee being stalked by her homicidal sister."
