The Kryptonite Laser is a weapon capable of harming Superman.

The Kryptonite Laser was kept in the armory of Superman's Fortress of Solitude.
Lois, growing paranoid due to some chemicals in the air, stole the Kryptonite Laser from the armory and tracked down Superman intending to try and stop him. She destroyed a Superman Robot and then shot Superman himself. Fortunately, his overexposure to the sun had made him so powerful that the Kryptonite had no effect on him.
