Biography[]
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1[]
General Nathan Briggs supplied the Mutants street gang with military grade weapons to raise money for the treatment of his sick wife after the military refused to pay. Batman paid Briggs a visit when he found out and exposed the corruption. Unable to cope with the consequential ramifications, Briggs commits suicide, as Batman solemnly leaves.
