Biography

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

In the Flashpoint timeline, Vulko presided over Aquaman's doomsday weapon. He carried the guilt of being partly responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent lives. He managed to convince Aquaman to only use the device as a last resort because it was unstable and would put the ocean floor was at risk too. While the Atlantean forces were occupied with invading New Themyscira, Dr. Vulko attempted to free Captain Atom, the power source, from the device. But he was too late and incinerated when Aquaman remotely activated the device.
