Biography[]
All-Star Superman[]
Perry White gathered his staff to tell them that they had finally dug up some hard evidence on Lex Luthor so they could prove the public wrong and tell them the truth about Lex's wrong doings.
Later, Perry waited impatiently for Clak Kent to deliver him a news story, claiming he would be fired if he didn't show up immediately. Clark ran in and tripped delivering the story on time.
After Superman returned to Earth after two months to rehome the Bottle City of Kandor, Perry demanded to know where Clark had been. Clark claimed to have been stuck in the rubble under Stryker's Island until Superman heard and saved him.
After Superman defeated Solaris, Clark rushed into the Planet and presented a news story claiming he had witnessed Superman's death. Clark himself then collapsed. However, Lex Luthor headed to the Daily Planet to take revenge on them, including Perry, for getting him sent to the chair. Clark intervened but Perry, Lois and Jimmy were still rounded up by Nasty Luthor who was easily convinced not to kill them when Lois offered to make her famous with a news story.
