Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1[]
Silk forced Joanie into the back of a cab so he could cut her up for getting in his way. He paid the cab driver to ignore what was going on. Batman intervened and beat Silk severely. Joanie ran away to safety while the Dark Knight laid into Silk and took the money from the cab driver and tore it up.
