The Society of Shadows are a group of assassin Ninjas led by Ra's al Ghul.

Batman: The Demon's Quest[]
The organization consisted of highly trained assassins who were fiercely loyal to Ra's. They took care of most menial work, and often stalled Batman allowing their leader to escape.
