Starro the Conqueror, or simply known as Starro, and also known as Project Starfish, was an alien starfish-like creature with telepathic abilities. It was held prisoner by Corto Maltese Nazi base Jotunheim and experimented on by The Thinker. Later on the creature was inadvertently freed and went on a massive rampage throughout the city.
