Steven "Steve" Lombard is a reporter for The Daily Planet.
Biography[]
All-Star Superman[]
Steve Lombard watched as Lois Lane wrote a story before it had even happened, he questioned it but Lois said she always did it with stories involving Superman.
Steve was called to the meeting with Perry White who divulged Lex Luthor's scheme to them claimining they could finally bring him down and prove he hadn't reformed.
When Clark Kent returned to work after supposedly being trapped under Stryker's Island in the rubble, Lombard played a prank on him where he set the back of his blazer on fire. Clark purposefully tripped so that it doused the fire and retaliated with a burst of heat vision setting Lombard's toupe on fire. He then arrogantly assumed Bar-El and Lilo had mistaken him for Superman.
After Superman defeated Solaris, Lombard was in the office when Clark Kent ran in and declared he had seen Superman's demise before proceeding to collapse himself.
