Biography[]
Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman[]
After Penguin framed Roxanne Ballantine's boyfriend Kevin for smuggling, he was sentenced to Stonegate for life. One time, Rocky visited Kevin in Stonegate, informing him that she's close to finding someone close to Penguin that will talk and get his name cleared. However, Kevin tells her not to as it's too dangerous, and promptly breaks up with her in an attempt to protect her and stop her from wasting her life waiting for his release. However, Rocky didn't give up and with help from Batman, they found evidence that prove he didn't commit the crime, which they sent to the D.A. Janet Van Dorn's office. He was released soon after and reunited with Rocky.
