Terrence Baxter was the son of Efrain Baxter.
Biography[]
Superman vs. The Elite[]
Terrence Baxter watched his father debate whether or not Superman should kill the villains he fought rather than put them in prison.
Later, Terrence idolized the Elite because they were stopping criminals by killing them meaning they couldn't commit any further crimes. He enthusiastically rushed to the site of the Atomic Skull attack when he knew that the Elite would be there. An atomic blast nearly killed Terrence, but his father blocked the blast and was turned to ash himself. Distraught, Terrence demand that the Atomic Skull be killed for what he did.
After Superman gave the Elite a taste of their own medicine, Terrence sided with the man of steel, seeing that violence and killing wasn't the answer.
