• On April 26, 2022 the film was officially announced by Warner Brothers, with Robert Pattinson, Zoë Kravitz, Director Matt Reeves, and the crew from the first film set to return.
• Director Matt Reeves and star Robert Pattinson are confirmed to return for the sequel.
• Matt Reeves has set a multi year first look film deal with Warner Bros. while he is currently co-writing the script to this movie with Mattson Tomlin.
• This will marks the first time in the Batman film's history that a film's sequel will have a number.
