Plot[]
"Out of Time"[]
In late 2013, Clyde Mardon shot Fred Chyre while running to catch the getaway plane Mark was piloting. The two celebrated as they flew away, and Mark told Clyde to put on his seatbelt. At that moment, the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator exploded, causing the plane to explode. Because he wasn't buckled in, Clyde fell out of the plane, while Mark went down with it. Neither brother was aware of the other's survival, but both had obtained the power of atmokinesis. Mark's status had been unknown and generally presumed as deceased for over a year. Present day. Linda Park and Barry end up going out bowling. They start flirting and kiss, when Iris spots them. They end up joining Iris and Eddie on a double date. Linda and Barry begin flirting again when Iris goes up to Barry and wipes a bit of sauce off his face. Linda is clearly getting agitated. Meanwhile, at the Central City Morgue, Mark Mardon appears. He asks the coroner the name of the cop who shot his brother when the coroner refused to answer, Mark then tortured him with the form of hailing, using his weather powers.
