Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1[]
Anchor Tom reported on a slaying of nuns that was carried out by the Mutants street gang.
He later reported breaking news that Kevin Ridley had been kidnapped by the Mutants.
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2[]
Anchor Tom was reporting on more gang attacks when his report was interrupted by a Special Report from the President. He then reported on the nuclear warhead that was heading towards the Corto Maltese.
Tom reported that marshal law had been imposed but Gotham City was the only city not in chaos thanks to Batman and his vigilante gang the Sons of the Batman.
