Uxas, also known as Darkseid, is a New God and the ruler of Apokolips.
After Superman's death, Darkseid had tasked his exiled uncle and herald, Steppenwolf to find the Mother Boxes and use them to take over Earth.

Powers[]
- New God Physiology: As a New God, Darkseid possesses several superhuman physical attributes, such as superhuman strength, durability, speed, reflexes, stamina, longevity and immortality respectively, but these attributes are significantly superior to those possessed by the majority of his race. As Darkseid gets older, his attributes are further greatly amplified. Darkseid is also one of the most powerful beings in the entire universe.
- Superhuman Strength: Darkseid is much stronger than normal humans and most other gods, for example, his physical strength is so advanced, to the point that even Steppenwolf does not dare to try and challenge him for the throne of Apokolips. Darkseid is also one of the strongest beings in the entire universe.
- Superhuman Durability: Darkseid is far more durable than normal humans and most other gods.
- Superhuman Speed: Darkseid is much faster than normal humans and most other gods.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Darkseid's reflexes are much faster than normal humans and most other gods.
- Superhuman Stamina: Darkseid possesses far more stamina than normal humans and most other gods, allowing him to remain physically active for long periods of time.
- Immortality: Darkseid is immortal, as he cannot be killed by natural means or most other supernatural means.
- Superhuman Longevity: Darkseid does not visibly age beyond his prime. Despite being at least 30,000 years old, he still maintains the physical appearance of a man in his prime.

- Genius Level-Intellect: Due to Darkseid's extended life span, he is one of the most, if not the most intelligent individual in the entire universe.
- Master Leader: Darkseid is very capable leader, he has ruled over Apokolips and it's citizens for thousands of years, without any form of chaos.
- Master Hand-To-Hand Combatant: Due to Darkseid having thousands of years of combat experience, he is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant.
- Intimidation: As the ruler of Apokolips, Darkseid commands an intimidating presence, to the point where several of his enemies across the galaxy fear him. Even Steppenwolf is terrified of Darkseid.

- Other Gods: Despite Darkseid's immortality, he is not truly un-killable, as the only thing that can killed the New God is another god or a demigod, such as Artemis, Ares, Wonder Woman, Steppenwolf and Zeus respectively.
